The Wireless Charging Module consists of transmitter and receiver module. It provides 5V DC output from the receiver when the transmitter is powered with 9V to 12VDC. You can draw as much as ~600mA if the coils are 2 or 3 mm apart. as the distance between the transmitter and receiver increase the power transmitted decrease.
Any non-ferrous/non-conductive material (air, wood, leather, plastic, paper, glass) can be used between the two coils.It can be used for wireless charging of devices such as cell phone. It also can be used as a power source for arduino. The advantage is that you save space as you do not need any more cables or socket and also your device can be powered inside its closure or bag!!.
