So what does it mean 35 C on a lipo?

The C rate is a number used to calculate the maximum continuous current that you can take from the battery at once. It is different than capacity, which tell you how long can the battery stay charging your device

You can use the following approximate formula to calculate the discharged continuous current from battery:

Example for 3300 mah battery with 35 C

Discharge continuous current = 35 x 3.3 = 115 A continuous current

Example for 4200 mah battery with 20 C

Discharge continuous current = 20 x 3.3 = 66 A continuous current
