1.3" 128×64 OLED Display Module I²C / IIC – SH1106
Product Description
The 1.3-inch OLED Display Module is a compact monochrome graphical display designed for embedded electronics, Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi and other microcontroller-based projects.
Featuring a 128 × 64 pixel resolution and an I²C/IIC serial interface, the module requires only four connections: VCC, GND, SCL/SCK and SDA. Its OLED technology provides high contrast and clear visibility without requiring a separate backlight.
The compact size, low wiring requirements and graphical display capability make this module suitable for displaying text, numbers, sensor readings, menus, icons, status information and simple graphics in electronic and embedded systems. Common 1.3-inch IIC V2.0 versions use the SH1106 controller.

Main Features
1.3-Inch Compact Display
The 1.3-inch screen provides more usable display area than many small 0.96-inch OLED modules while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for embedded projects.
128 × 64 Resolution
The 128 × 64 pixel resolution allows the display to show multiple lines of text, numerical values, icons, menus and simple graphical interfaces.
I²C / IIC Interface
Only four connections are required:
- VCC – Power
- GND – Ground
- SCL / SCK – I²C Clock
- SDA – I²C Data
This greatly reduces the number of GPIO pins required compared with parallel display interfaces.
OLED Technology
OLED pixels generate their own light, so the display does not require a conventional backlight. This provides strong contrast and makes the module suitable for compact embedded devices.
Easy Microcontroller Integration
The module can be integrated with popular development platforms such as:
- Arduino
- ESP32
- ESP8266
- STM32
- Raspberry Pi
- RP2040
- Other I²C-compatible microcontrollers
Pinout
| Pin | Function |
|---|---|
| VCC | Power Supply |
| GND | Ground |
| SCK / SCL | I²C Clock |
| SDA | I²C Data |
Typical Connection to Arduino
VCC → 5V or 3.3V
GND → GND
SCL → Arduino SCL
SDA → Arduino SDA
For ESP32 and other 3.3V microcontrollers, connect the module according to the voltage requirements of the specific module version.
