Description
The CD4067BM 16-Channel Analog Multiplexer Module provides a convenient way to connect up to 16 analog or digital signal channels to a single common signal line.
The module uses the CD4067BM CMOS analog multiplexer, which contains 16 independently selectable analog switches. Four binary control inputs (S0, S1, S2 and S3) determine which channel, from C0 to C15, is connected to the common SIG terminal.
An EN input allows all channels to be disabled when required.

Important Electrical Data
For the CD4067B family, TI specifies a typical 125 Ω ON resistance under a 15-V supply condition and a typical 14 MHz bandwidth. The device has very low OFF-state leakage; exact performance depends on supply voltage, signal level and operating conditions.
Note: CD4067BM itself is now listed by Texas Instruments as obsolete, with CD4067BM96 listed as the replacement.
