The TFmini Plus is an improved and higher performance version of the TFmini Lidar. It has been designed with an IP65 enclosure meaning its "Dust tight & water resistant", and also passed the vibration test of drone level, which will greatly expand its application range. TFmini Plus has greatly improved its performance — increasing the measurement frequency, reducing blind zone, improving accuracy and stability and reduce the need for compensation.
Lidar, which stands for Light Detection and Ranging, is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser to measure ranges (variable distances).
